Racism of Planned Parenthood
For the sake of intellectual fairness, we must make a few admissions right away.
- Some of the phone interviews clearly show that the Planned Parenthood representative was accepting the donation with the mindset that the specification was to "help" the African-American community by offering them access "women's health."
- Other phone conversations showed that the Planned Parenthood representative was accepting the donation with a "whatever" attitude, not necessarily sharing in the caller's racist attitude but certainly not rejecting them ("yeah, whatever - we'll take your money for whatever reason").
- Other conversations showed Planned Parenthood representatives actually agreeing with the caller.
Whatever your conclusions after hearing these phone interviews, it cannot be denied that Planned Parenthood is racist in its roots. Margaret Sanger, Planned Parenthood's founder and hero, was a follower of "eugenics," the belief in selective breeding to create a better human race. She believed that "undesirables" should have to limit their breeding and should be kept under control through contraception, sterilization and abortion. The modern Planned Parenthood denies their past (despite well documented evidence, mostly from past publications of the organization itself), and the party line is that they are in poor areas (with mostly black populations) in order to offer "women's health" to people who would not normally have access. The problem is that their concept of "women's health" boils down to targeted population control in both their international and domestic programs.
It should not surprise us that an organization that makes tons of money from killing babies would also be racist. It is very difficult to deny one part of the human population human dignity and human rights and not to do it for other parts of the population. It is also difficult to be a "anything for a buck" kind of business and to refuse a donation even when the money is offered with evil intent.
Is this exposé on Planned Parenthood unfair propaganda? I think there is a little propaganda twist, especially in the YouTube videos, but this investigation comes at the heels of another exposé that showed Planned Parenthood representatives counseling underage girls to change their ages because the sexual relationship in which they were involved would be considered statutory rape.
We do not need to prove that Planned Parenthood is supporting racism or statutory rape to know that it is doing evil business. Murder of babies is evil, and Planned Parenthood makes lots of money doing it. However, evil begets evil - and if these exposés wake up sleeping elements of our culture to the evils of abortion then they are doing a great service. Pastor Clenard Howard Childress has heard the call and has created a very informative website called blackgenocide.org to wake up the African American community to the danger of Planned Parenthood's false promises.
As an adoptive father of two African-American children, I am forever thankful that Planned Parenthood isn't 100% effectivein spreading its pro-death message. I will forever wonder how our culture has come to accept killing babies as "woman's health." The birth mothers of our children find comfort and healing knowing that their biological children are being loved by our family. What could be healthier than that?
